Why does it seem that weight never gets where we want it to be? As Husky said, your pictures look great. The scale lies...right? I have given up on the scale. Just work with how I feel, and how my body looks. As for calories, seems I can never eat enough...trying hard to change fhat!

Congratulations on your success and on your continued succrss!;

Seedoggie,

Don't stress so much! You are a veteran here and know what you need to do! You know the scale isn't the best measurement of how you are doing!

Get out there and wag that tail, you have a lot to be proud of!

Hi seedoggie, just browsing through some blogs, and thought I would drop a line.

No surprise, I've gotta agree with TNT Man, I've pretty much thrown the scale away. Clothes are the best indicator, and how I am actually "feeling."

Take care.

You are over thinking this whole thing. Focus on building muscle - ignore weight - You will either lose a couple of pounds or lose fat and gain muscle.

I have had to come to grips with the fact that I will never be muscular in the BIG sense - but damn it - clothes fit and I am lifting heavier. That is what counts - body composition.

Stop beating yourself up. Take a week off and relax. That is from the guy who is in Florida - on vacation - and going to the gym every day. Start the NROL program tomorrow.

We are all fools.
